HEA recognizes the need to evaluate the success of programs to ensure that program
goals and objectives have been met or exceeded. Through independent outcomes
data we can demonstrate the success of SEL™ methodology. In addition, DTF™,
our proprietary, custom, and modular database system, enables us to produce and
analyze both qualitative and quantitative data with regard to the success of
the content of our educational activities.
At HEA, we routinely measure not only the success of a program in meeting
content objectives, but also evaluate the profiles of the clinicians
who took part in the educational program based on self-reported data.
We conduct evaluation and analysis activities whether a program
is a live event, an enduring program, or a combination of both. |
